Supervises accepted and aliment and cooler storerooms and accepting areas.Ensures that all deliveries are to auberge blueprint in accordance with accepting sheets, acquirement orders,pricing and weights.Supervises the circadian operation of the storeroom, able accumulator and circling of all banal so that all aliment items are fresh. Ensures the buffet is maintained in a apple-pie and alike manner. Manages inventories. Ensures that articles abrogation the buffet are appropriately requisitioned and approved. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

Position Requirements:

2 years Experience
Hospitality Experience preferred
Knowledge of aliment & beverage
Must acquire authoritative experience
High School Graduate required
Two years College akin apprenticeship preferred
